- Professor (Law): Level 14 (₹1,44,200 to ₹2,18,200)
- Associate Professor (Law): Level 13A (₹1,31,400 to ₹2,17,100)
- Assistant Professor (Law) – Contractual: ₹57,700 + DA (Fixed Salary)
