Roles & Responsibilities for Electrical Engineering Positions:
- Designing and implementing work schedules for electrical addition, alteration, and scheduled maintenance.
- Inspecting and assessing the work done by electrical maintenance staff and contractors to ensure compliance with norms.
- Reading and interpreting design schematics to ensure proper installation of equipment and utilities before erection and providing necessary guidance.
- Performing necessary duties during troubleshooting, major system failures, and equipment malfunctions.
- Maintaining equipment on-site and keeping accurate records.
- Ensuring work is completed on schedule and in accordance with the Electrical department’s code.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
- Assisting in consultations to execute projects for the institutions.
- Maintaining division-wise accurate and up-to-date records of materials, invoices, contracts, and other procurement-related documents.
- Ensuring compliance with institution policies, procedures, and relevant statutory regulations.
- Liaising with staff members and HODs to ensure smooth operations in line with management orders.
- Working beyond regular hours if necessary.
- Providing motivation and assistance as needed.
Education Qualification:
Diploma / B.E in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
1 to 3 years
