Qualifications & Experience
1. Professor
- Ph.D. in the relevant field with First Class or equivalent at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, including at least 3 years at the Associate Professor level.
- Minimum 10 research papers in FT 50 / ABDC A, A, or B journals*, with at least 3 papers published in the last 5 years.
2. Associate Professor
- Ph.D. in the relevant field with First Class or equivalent at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, including at least 3 years post-Ph.D. experience at the Assistant Professor level.
- Minimum 6 research papers in FT 50 / ABDC A, A, or B journals*, with at least 3 papers published in the last 5 years.
3. Assistant Professor (Senior Grade II) – Level 12
- Ph.D. in the relevant field with First Class or equivalent at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in teaching/research/industry post-Ph.D.
- Minimum 2 research papers in FT 50 / ABDC A, A, or B journals*.
4. Assistant Professor (Senior Grade I) – Level 11
- Ph.D. in the relevant field with First Class or equivalent at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching/research/industry post-Ph.D.
- Minimum 2 research papers in FT 50 / ABDC A, A, or B journals*.
5. Assistant Professor – Level 10
- Ph.D. in the relevant field with First Class or equivalent at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
- Minimum 2 research papers in FT 50 / ABDC A, A, or B journals*.
- Fresh Ph.D. candidates may also apply, provided they complete their Ph.D. before joining.

- Strong academic record with UG/PG in the relevant discipline.
- Excellent communication and research skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Commitment to high-quality research and publications.
