Qualifications:
- Ph.D. (or) Master’s degree, and Bachelor’s degree with a First Class in all preceding degrees in the relevant field (Science, Management, Language).
- An exemplary academic record is a must.
Experience Requirements:
- Assistant Professor: 0-3 years of experience.
- Associate Professor: Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years post-Ph.D.
Specialization Required:
- B.E & M.E (Aero)
- Aviation Industry experience with relevant qualifications (Cabin Crew, Ground Staff)
- MBA (Finance, Accounting)
- Shipping & Logistics
- M.A. English

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
- A passion for teaching and inspiring students.
- Strong moral values and work ethics.
- Innovative thinking, particularly in establishing and managing tinkering labs.
- The ability to engage with the industry to enhance value-added courses.
- Experience in R&D, consultancy projects, and promoting patents.
- A capability to foster an Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC).
