Qualification Criteria

Assistant Professor

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and Master’s Degree in: Business Administration / PGDM
• C.A. / ICWA / M.Com.
• First Class or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience post Master’s degree

Associate Professor

• Ph.D. in the relevant field
• First class or equivalent in either Bachelor’s or Master’s level
• Minimum 8 years of experience in teaching/research/industry (including 2 years post-Ph.D.)
• At least 6 research publications in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved journals

Professor

• Ph.D. in the relevant field
• First class or equivalent in either Bachelor’s or Master’s level
• Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least 3 years at Associate Professor level
• One of the following: At least 6 research publications and 2 successful Ph.D. supervisions
• OR at least 10 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI / UGC / AICTE approved journals
