Qualification Criteria
Assistant Professor
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and Master’s Degree in:
- Business Administration / PGDM
- C.A. / ICWA / M.Com.
- First Class or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience post Master’s degree
Associate Professor
- Ph.D. in the relevant field
- First class or equivalent in either Bachelor’s or Master’s level
- Minimum 8 years of experience in teaching/research/industry (including 2 years post-Ph.D.)
- At least 6 research publications in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved journals
Professor
- Ph.D. in the relevant field
- First class or equivalent in either Bachelor’s or Master’s level
- Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least 3 years at Associate Professor level
- One of the following:
- At least 6 research publications and 2 successful Ph.D. supervisions
- OR at least 10 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI / UGC / AICTE approved journals
