- Qualifications should be in accordance with AICTE/UGC norms.

- Professor: ₹1,40,000/month
- Associate Professor: ₹1,25,000/month
- Assistant Professor:
- Ph.D.: ₹85,000/month
- Ph.D. Registered: ₹65,000–₹70,000/month
- Fresher: ₹55,000–₹60,000/month
