AIIMS Raebareli, a premier healthcare institute under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, is seeking applications for faculty recruitment. This recruitment drive is for teaching positions, specifically for the College of Nursing at AIIMS Raebareli, on a direct recruitment basis.
Available Faculty Positions

Note:
- These vacancies are provisional and may vary.
- Reservations will follow Government of India guidelines.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
1. Professor cum Principal
- Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing with advanced specialization.
- Registered Nurse and Midwife.
- 10 years of nursing experience post-registration, with 7 years in nursing education or administration.
- Desirable:
- Ph.D. in Nursing.
2. Tutor/Clinical Instructor
- Essential Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Nursing or Post B.Sc. Nursing Degree from a recognized institution.
- Registered Nurse and Midwife.
- 3 years of teaching experience in Nursing.
- Desirable:
- M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Pay Scale
- Professor cum Principal: Level-13 of the Pay Matrix (₹1,23,100 – ₹2,15,900).
- Tutor/Clinical Instructor: Level-10 of the Pay Matrix (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500).
Upper Age Limit
- Professor cum Principal: Not exceeding 55 years as of the last application date.
- Tutor/Clinical Instructor: Not exceeding 35 years as of the last application date.
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Government Servant/Ex-Serviceman: As per DoPT instructions.

Selection Process
- Tutor/Clinical Instructor: Selection will be through a written exam and interview.
- Professor cum Principal: Shortlisted candidates based on qualifications and experience will be called for an interview. In case of a large number of applications, a screening test may be conducted.

- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
