The Government Tool Room & Training Centre (GTTC), established in 1972, is a joint venture between the Government of Karnataka and the Government of Denmark. GTTC’s mission is to offer employable skill training for youth and provide skilled manpower to various industries, promoting industrial development. It offers a range of programs, including:

  • Tool & Die Making
  • Precision Manufacturing
  • Mechatronics
  • Electronics & Communication
  • Post Diploma in Tool Design
  • M.Tech in Tool Engineering
  • Need-based Short-Term Training Programs

With 35 centers across Karnataka, GTTC is a hub for technical education and skill development.

Job Title/Designation:

Teaching Faculty (Temporary Basis)

Departments with Vacancies:

  • Post-Graduation/Post Diploma (PG/PD) Department

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related branches, with first-class results in all semesters.
  • Exceptional academic record.

Experience Required:

  • Guest Faculty: Minimum 1 to 2 years of teaching experience.

Specialization:

Candidates should be proficient in 3D CAD Modelling software such as:

  • Solidworks
  • UG Nx
  • CREO Parametric Design
  • Autodesk Fusion 360

Candidate Profile:

Candidates capable of effectively teaching and demonstrating CAD modeling will be preferred for the teaching positions.

Consolidated Remuneration:

Salary will be based on experience.
