Job for Associate Professor/Assistant Professor in Holy Grace Academy of Management Studies

Qualifications
- Ph.D. and/or Masters in Business Administration
Experience Requirements
- Assistant Professor: Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed B-School. Freshers with strong academic backgrounds and communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Associate Professor: Minimum 5 years of experience.
Required Skills for Teaching Role
- Proven teaching experience at the postgraduate level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with NAAC/NBA accreditation processes
- Published research in reputable journals and magazines
- Event organization experience (e.g., conferences, conclaves)
- Industry exposure is preferred
- A PhD or equivalent in the relevant discipline is preferred
