Qualifications and Criteria:

Professor – School of Commerce:

  • Ph.D. in relevant discipline with a First Class Master’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience.
  • At least 10 peer-reviewed or UGC-listed publications.
  • Minimum Research Score of 120.
  • Experience guiding at least 2 doctoral candidates.

Associate Professor – School of Commerce:

  • Ph.D. in relevant discipline with a First Class Master’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, 3 years post-Ph.D.
  • 7 peer-reviewed or UGC-listed publications.
  • Minimum Research Score of 75.

Assistant Professor – School of Commerce:

  • Ph.D. with at least 55% in Master’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 peer-reviewed or UGC-listed publications.
  • 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Similar qualifying criteria apply for positions in the School of Law, School of Science, and School of Business Management.

Pay Scale:

As per UGC guidelines; however, for the right candidate, pay will not be a constraint.
