Qualifications:
- Assistant Professor: A Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years of teaching/research experience.
- Associate Professor: A Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 8 years of teaching/research experience, including at least 3 years as an Assistant Professor.
- Professor: A Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 10 years of teaching/research experience, including at least 4 years as an Associate Professor.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- Engaging in impactful research and publications.
- Contributing to curriculum development and academic planning.
- Mentoring and guiding students in their academic and career pursuits.
- Participating in departmental and university-wide activities.
