Essential Qualifications

For Assistant Professor:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration / PGDM / C.A. / ICWA / M. Com. with First Class or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience post-Master’s degree.

For Associate Professor:

• Ph.D. degree in a relevant field.
• First class or equivalent at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch.
• At least 6 research publications in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE-approved journals.
• Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, with at least 2 years post-Ph.D. experience.

For Professor (if applicable):

• Ph.D. degree in a relevant field.
• First class or equivalent at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch.
• At least 10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, including 3 years as an Associate Professor.
• Minimum 6 research publications at the Associate Professor level in SCI/UGC/AICTE-approved journals.
• Guided at least 2 successful Ph.D. students or achieved 10 research publications.

Salary

• As per UGC and State Government norms.
