The Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Sonepat, Haryanahas released an official notification inviting applications for the position of Assistant Professor (on contract for fixed duration). Eligible and interested candidates can apply through postal mode before the last date — 24th October 2025.

About the Institute

Established in 2013 under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Sonepat is among the 20 new IIITs approved by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. The institute began its academic session in 2014.

Essential Qualification

• UG and PG in the relevant field
• Ph.D. awarded in the relevant field
• Consistently good academic record throughout

Desirable Qualification

• CSIR / UGC-NET / JRF qualification preferred
