Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: Ph.D./UGC-NET qualified, Master’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree with First Class in all preceding degrees.
- Experience:
- Assistant Professor: 0 to less than 5 years of experience.
- Associate Professor: Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2 years post-PhD.
- Professor / HOD: Minimum 10 years of experience, with 5 years as Associate Professor.
- Dean / Deputy Director: Minimum 15 years of experience, with 5 years as Professor.
- Director: Minimum 20 years of experience, with 10 years in a similar capacity.
