Qualification to Apply for IIT Delhi Recruitment:

  1. Ph.D. with a first-class or equivalent in the preceding degree.
  2. Specialization in relevant areas with a consistently good academic record.
  3. Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate education.
  4. Demonstrated ability for original and creative research.
  5. Grade I: Minimum three years of industrial/research/teaching experience (excluding Ph.D. tenure).
  6. Grade II: For candidates with a Ph.D. but less than three years of experience.

Job Location:

Pay Scale:

  • Assistant Professor Grade-I: 7th CPC Pay Level 12 (₹1,01,500-1,67,400), Minimum Pay: ₹1,01,500/-
  • Assistant Professor Grade-II: 7th CPC Pay Level 10 (₹57,700-98,200), Minimum Pay: ₹70,900/-
