Qualification & Experience
As per AICTE/UGC norms, the minimum qualifications for various roles are:
- Director:
- Ph.D. with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Professor:
- Ph.D. with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Associate Professor:
- Ph.D. with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Assistant Professor:
- Ph.D. with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
Candidate Profile
Candidates applying for the above teaching jobs should meet the following criteria:
- UG/PG in the relevant discipline with strong academic credentials.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- A consistent research record.
