Eligibility & Qualification

For Professor of Practice / Associate Professor of Practice:

• Professor of Practice: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a senior role in industry or government.
• Associate Professor of Practice: Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Experience must reflect domain expertise, practical impact, and a strong interest in teaching.
• Teaching areas may include MBA, MDP (Management Development Programme), or UBP.
• Ph.D. in a relevant branch is desirable but not mandatory.
• First-class (min. 60%) or equivalent in:
  • Master’s and Graduation
  • Class XII and Class X

Note: Final designation (Professor or Associate Professor of Practice) depends on experience and contribution.

Tenure:

• The initial appointment is for 1–2 years, renewable annually up to a maximum of 5 years based on performance. Retirement age: 65 years

Pay Scale

Teaching Positions:

Compensation equivalent to regular Professor/Associate Professor. Includes:

• Consolidated salary
• Accommodation
• Medical allowance
• Phone bill reimbursement
• Faculty Development Fund
• Membership to professional bodies
• Eligibility for consulting and MDPs as per norms

Non-Teaching Positions:

• Senior Executive Officer (Finance & Accounts): ₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200
• Senior Executive Officer: ₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200
• Associate Manager (System & Software): ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500
• Assistant Administrative Officer: ₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100
• Secretary to Director: ₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100
• Junior Hindi Translator: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400
