Qualifications and Requirements

Hindi Translator (1 Post):

  • Age Limit: 28 years as of the closing date (age relaxations as per government norms).
  • Essential Qualification:
    • Graduate or equivalent degree in Hindi with English.
    • 5 years of translation work experience.
  • Desirable:
    • Knowledge of Bengali.
    • Typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi.

Assistant Librarian (1 Post):

  • Age Limit: 28 years (age relaxations applicable).
  • Essential Qualification:
    • Master’s or Honours degree in Ancient Indian History and Culture, Anthropology, Archaeology, or allied subjects.
    • Diploma in Library Science.
    • 1 year of experience in a reputable library.

Modeller (1 Post):

  • Age Limit: 28 years (age relaxations applicable).
  • Essential Qualification:
    • School Final or equivalent.
    • Degree or Diploma in Arts (specializing in modeling).
    • 3 years of practical experience in modeling.
  • Desirable:
    • Knowledge or experience in museum work.

Guide Lecturer (Zoology) (1 Post):

  • Age Limit: 28 years (age relaxations applicable).
  • Essential Qualification:
    • Master’s or Honours degree in Zoology.
    • Ability to speak on Zoology in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
  • Desirable:
    • Diploma in Museology.
    • Museum experience or training in Museology.
    • Published research in Zoology.

Candidate Profile

  • Completion of PG/Ph.D. in relevant disciplines.
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to the role.

  • Pay Level-5 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300/-)
