PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, is inviting applications for the positions of Instructor, Technical Assistant, and Lab Assistant in the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) department. This is a full-time position.

About the Institution:

PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research was established in 2014 by PSG and Sons’ Charities. It is an AICTE-approved institution affiliated with Anna University, Chennai. The institute offers undergraduate programs in Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. It is equipped with various Centres of Excellence, aiming to achieve educational and research excellence and nurture engineers with ethics to face global challenges in serving industry and society.

Job Responsibilities for Non-Teaching Positions:

  • Maintain a strong academic record.
  • Demonstrate clarity in written and oral communication.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of laboratory work, including experimentation and coding.
  • Prepare laboratory manuals and plan lab activities.
  • Assist students in laboratory work, guiding them to understand fundamentals and encouraging independent learning.
  • Prepare graded questions for viva-voce examinations and ensure timely submission of students’ record work.
  • Participate in industry visits, consultancy, and industrial tours.
  • Assist in preparing documents for ISO/NBA/NAAC/NIRF ranking.
  • Collaborate effectively in various departmental and college activities.

Qualifications:

  • B.E. (ECE) / DECE / B.Sc. – Electronics

Required Skill Set:

  • Strong fundamental knowledge and teamwork abilities.
