Key Responsibilities

International Relations:

  • Build and strengthen partnerships with global universities, research institutions, and industry leaders.
  • Coordinate international student and faculty exchange programs, scholarships, and internships.
  • Represent PSGR KCW at global education fairs, summits, and conferences.
  • Develop and oversee cross-cultural programs to promote international diversity on campus.
  • Organize international conferences, workshops, webinars, and guest lectures.

Institutional Outreach:

  • Design and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the institution nationally and globally.
  • Collaborate with embassies, consulates, and international cultural organizations for partnerships.
  • Work with the admissions team to attract international students and diversify the student community.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the institution’s international alumni network.
  • Enhance the institution’s digital presence by managing the International Relations section on the college website and social media platforms.

Research & Grant Collaboration:

  • Facilitate global research collaborations, joint publications, and interdisciplinary projects.
  • Identify and secure international funding opportunities and grants for research and institutional initiatives.
  • Support faculty in developing grant proposals for collaborative research.

Administrative Coordination:

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies like the Ministry of Education and UGC for compliance with international relations policies.
  • Maintain a database of collaborations, agreements, and global opportunities for students and faculty.

Partnership Development:

  • Establish academic partnerships with global universities, research organizations, and industry leaders.
  • Coordinate with international exchange programs, MoUs, and dual degree agreements.

Student & Faculty Exchange Programs:

  • Facilitate inbound and outbound student/faculty mobility.
  • Coordinate exchange programs, scholarships, and internships.

Event Management:

  • Organize international conferences, workshops, webinars, and guest lectures.
  • Represent the institution at global education fairs and summits.

Advisory Role:

  • Provide guidance to students regarding international academic opportunities such as exchange programs, study abroad, and scholarships.

Institutional Outreach:

Marketing and Networking:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the institution at the state, national, and international levels.
  • Collaborate with embassies, consulates, cultural organizations, and education forums.

Admissions Support:

  • Drive efforts to attract international students and diversify the student community.
  • Work closely with admissions teams to enhance the institution’s appeal globally.

Alumni Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with the institution’s international alumni network for collaborations and mentoring opportunities.

Digital Presence:

  • Manage the International Relations section of the college’s website and social media platforms, showcasing achievements and ongoing collaborations.

Administrative Coordination:

  • Liaise with the Ministry of Education, UGC, and other regulatory bodies for international relations compliance.
  • Maintain a database of international collaborations, agreements, and opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Education: Ph.D. (mandatory).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in marketing, international relations, or academic liaison roles.
  • Proven track record of establishing global partnerships or leading institutional outreach efforts.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of global education systems, international student mobility, and academic exchange programs.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management abilities.
