Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), New Delhi, has announced openings for Library Trainee positions for the academic year 2025–2026. Eligible candidates passionate about library and information services are invited to apply through email or post before the closing date.

Applicants must have successfully completed any one of the following courses during the academic session 2024–2025 from Dr. Zakir Husain Library, Jamia Millia Islamia:

1. Master of Library & Information Science (M.L.I.Sc.)
2. Bachelor of Library & Information Science (B.L.I.Sc.)
3. Post Graduate Diploma in Preservation, Conservation, and Digitization of Libraries and Archives

Additional Skills Required:

• Knowledge of computer applications in libraries
• Familiarity with library management systems
• Awareness of current trends in library and information services
• Ability to read and comprehend written materials
