Teaching & Non-Teaching Staff Required for Online Education

JIIT is expanding its reach by offering online BBA and MBA programs for 2025-26 through its Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE). To support this initiative, applications are invited from qualified candidates for various teaching and non-teaching positions at JIIT, Noida.

A. Professor

Eligibility:

  • Ph.D. in Management or an equivalent field.
  • MBA/M.Com or equivalent with first division and a strong academic record.
  • Minimum 10 years of teaching experience at a university or college as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor or equivalent research experience at the University/National level institutions.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience as a Program Coordinator or higher-level roles in the online education department.

B. Associate Professor

Eligibility:

  • Ph.D. in Management or an equivalent field.
  • MBA/M.Com or equivalent with first division and a strong academic record.
  • Minimum 8 years of teaching, industry, or research experience at a university or college.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience as a teacher, course coordinator, or in leadership roles within online education departments.

C. Assistant Professor

Eligibility:

  • Ph.D. in Management or an equivalent field.
  • MBA/M.Com or equivalent with first division and a strong academic record.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at a university or college.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience as a teacher/mentor in online education departments.
  • Candidates should have high-quality research publications in Scopus/SCI/Web of Science journals.

D. Head – Online Admission Call Centre

Eligibility:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline with at least 5-10 years of experience in admission services in a reputed educational institute or university.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven administrative capabilities.

E. Admission Counsellors – Online Admission Call Centre

Eligibility:

  • Graduate in any discipline with good communication and computer skills.
  • Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in the same field is desirable.
