Qualifications

• Lab Assistants: Bachelor’s degree in the respective discipline (for ECE).

Experience

• Professor: Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years at a post equivalent to Associate Professor. A minimum of 10 reputed publications is required.
• Associate Professor: Minimum 8 years of experience, including 2 years post-PhD. At least 6 reputed publications are required.
• Assistant Professor: Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees with First Class, and an exemplary academic record.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in executing R&D and consultancy projects is preferred.
• Candidates promoting patents, entrepreneurship, and innovation will have an added advantage.
