JRF Position in SERB-DST Project at the University of Delhi
The University of Delhi South Campus invites motivated candidates to apply for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position in the SERB-DST-funded project, “Design, Optimization, and Fabrication of Radiation Hardened Sub-0.15 micron gate length InAlN/GaN HEMT for Ku Band Application” (File No. SPG/2021/003067), funded by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.

Position Details
- Position Title: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
- Number of Positions Available: 01
- Duration: Until May 31, 2025 (likely to be extended based on project progress)
- Fellowship: ₹37,000 per month + HRA (as per norms)
Essential Qualifications
Candidates must possess the following:
- Educational Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Electronics/Physics with a specialization in Electronics
- M.Tech./MS(R)/M.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Microwave/VLSI
- Minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in the qualifying degree
- Additional Requirements:
- Valid NET and/or GATE score
- Strong academic record throughout
