DST and Indian National Academy of Engineering (INAE) under the India-Taiwan Programme of Cooperation in Science & Technology

Essential Qualifications:

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria as per the guidelines set by DST and the institute for research and sponsored schemes. Candidates should hold the following qualifications:

  • Degree: M.Tech./M.E./MS(R)/Integrated BS-MS/MSc or equivalent in relevant fields like Electronics, Photonics, VLSI Design, Physics, etc.
  • Desirable:
    • A strong academic background
    • Knowledge in Optoelectronics/Photonics/Nanofabrication Technologies
    • Candidates with a valid GATE/NET score will be given preference (older scores are also considered).

Job Location:

Nagpur, Maharashtra

Stipend:

  • ₹37,000 per month for the first and second year
  • ₹42,000 per month for the third year
  • HRA: As per DST guidelines

Duration:

  • Maximum of 3 years or until the project tenure ends, whichever is earlier.
