How to Apply
General Application Process
- Visit the official recruitment portal.
- Fill in the online application form carefully with accurate details.
- Upload scanned copies of recent passport size photograph and signature.
- Submit the application form and make the fee payment (if applicable).
- Take a printout of the completed application form.
- Send the hard copy along with self-attested documents to:

- Ensure the envelope is superscribed with “Name of the Post Applied For”.
- Hard copy must reach the Institute by 06.10.2025 (5:30 PM).
For Registrar Position (Special Instructions)
- Download the prescribed format from below.
- Submit the filled-in application with the non-refundable fee receipt:
- ₹1000/- for UR/EWS/OBC
- ₹500/- for SC/ST/PwBD
- Application should be superscribed with the post name on the left-top corner of the envelope.
Checklist of Documents
Candidates must submit the following along with the hard copy:
- Printout of online application, signed on each page
- Self-attested copies of certificates & mark sheets (SSC/HSC/Matriculation onwards)
- Self-attested copies of relevant experience certificates
- Category certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD as per norms)
- Latest non-creamy layer certificate (for OBC candidates)
