- Six years post-Ph.D., with at least three years as Assistant Professor (AGP ₹8,000/-).
Assistant Professor Grade-I
- Ph.D.
- Three years post-Ph.D. OR six years teaching/research experience in reputed academic institutions/R&D Labs/industry.
Assistant Professor Grade-II
- Ph.D.

Salary Details
- Associate Professor: Level 13 A2 (AGP ₹9,500/-)
- Assistant Professor Grade-I: Level 12 (AGP ₹8,000/-)
