Essential Qualifications

Candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

• Education: Option 1: ME/M.Tech in CS/IT or relevant discipline with: Minimum 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks or 1st class in both BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. (CS/IT) or equivalent, and ME/M.Tech from a recognized Technical Institute or University.
• Option 2: BE/B.Tech in CS/IT or relevant discipline or MCA/M.Sc. (CS/IT) with: CGPA of 7.0 or 65% marks.
• Additional Criteria: Minimum 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks or 1st class throughout the academic career.
• Relaxation of 0.5 CGPA or 5% marks for Reserved Categories (PWD/SC/ST) at the +2 level.
• Mathematics must be a subject in +2 Science or Diploma.

Job Description

As a Junior Research Fellow, you will:

• Design innovative techniques for software security analysis.
• Develop tools to discover known and unknown vulnerabilities in open-source software written in C, C++, JavaScript, Python, etc.

Job Details

• Location: NIT Rourkela, Rourkela, Odisha
• Stipend: ₹37,000 per month for the first two years.
• ₹42,000 per month for the third year.
• Interview Date: 31/12/2024 at 11:00 AM.
