Qualifications

Professor

  • Education: Ph.D. with First Class in Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10-15 years of teaching/research/industry experience (3 years as Associate Professor).
    • Alternatively, 10-15 years of senior managerial experience in large organizations/MNCs.
  • Publications:
    • 10 SCI publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals.
    • Minimum research score of 120.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Guided at least 2 doctoral candidates.
    • Published work of high quality (books, research articles, consultancy projects, patents, etc.).

Associate Professor

  • Education: Ph.D. with First Class in Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 8 years of full-time teaching/research/industry experience (3 years post-Ph.D.).
    • Alternatively, significant managerial experience in industry/MNCs.
  • Publications:
    • 7 SCI publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals.
    • Minimum research score of 75.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Published work of high quality (books, research articles, consultancy projects, patents, etc.).

Assistant Professor

  • Education:
    • Master’s degree with 55% marks or equivalent grade.
    • NET/SET/SLET or Ph.D. as per UGC regulations.
  • Publications: 2 SCI publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals.
  • Desirable:
    • Ph.D. preferred with 2 years of experience.
    • Presented papers in UGC/ICSSR/CSIR-funded seminars.
