Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Executives, Telecallers & Admission Counselors: Promote university programs, handle admissions queries, and provide counseling to prospective students.
  • Head – CRC and CRC Coordinators: Manage corporate relationships, placements, and internships for students.
  • Librarian, Assistant Librarian: Oversee library operations, manage resources, and support academic research.
  • Assistant Registrar, Assistant Controller of Examinations, and Accounts Officer: Handle administrative duties, manage examinations, and oversee financial operations.
  • Resident Doctor and Nurse: Provide medical care and maintain health records for students and staff.
  • Programme Officers, Academic Coordinators: Assist in academic planning, coordination, and implementation of programs.
  • Sports Officer, Hostel Warden: Manage sports facilities and oversee hostel operations and student welfare.
  • ERP Coordinators and IT Supervisors/Executives: Manage IT infrastructure, and ERP systems, and support technological needs.
  • Front Desk Executives: Handle reception duties, manage inquiries, and support administrative tasks.
  • Lab Technicians: Assist in laboratory setup, and maintenance, and support academic experiments and research.
  • General Administration: Supports various administrative functions across the university.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in the respective fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage responsibilities effectively.
