IIM Raipur is recruiting for the following faculty positions on a contract basis:

1. Professor Emeritus

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ph.D. in any discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Professor in a reputed academic institute (national or international).

Upper Age Limit:

• Maximum 60 years.

Pay Scale / Remuneration:

• Monthly remuneration is consolidated and based on the candidate’s profile.
• Salary will not be less than the Higher Academic Grade (HAG) as per the 7th CPC.

Contract Period:

• Initial appointment for one year, renewable based on the institute’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor young faculty members in teaching and research.
• Guide the future direction of teaching and research.
• Contribute to academic and institutional growth.

2. Faculty Fellow

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
• Proven record of superior research publications.

Upper Age Limit:

• Maximum 40 years.

Pay Scale / Remuneration:

• Monthly remuneration aligns with the Assistant Professor Grade entry level.

Contract Period:

• Initial appointment for three years, renewable based on the institute’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct impactful research leading to reputed journal publications.
• Contribute to teaching and academic activities.
