Hislop College, Nagpur, invites applications for the teaching positions of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor. This is a faculty recruitment opportunity in 2024, with positions available in both full-time and non-granted categories.

Job Title:

Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor (Teaching Jobs)

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Vacancy Details:

  • Professor: 2 positions
  • Associate Professor: 4 positions
  • Assistant Professor: 13 positions
  • Nature of Post: Full-time

Pay Scale:

As per UGC, AICTE, and State Government norms.

Essential Qualifications:

Assistant Professor:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration/PGDM/C.A./ICWA/M.Com. with First Class or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience after acquiring the Master’s degree.

Associate Professor:

  • Ph.D. degree in the relevant field and First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
  • At least 6 research publications in SCI journals/UGC/AICTE-approved journals.
  • Minimum of 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, with at least 2 years of Post-Ph.D. experience.

Professor:

  • Ph.D. degree in the relevant field and First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
  • Minimum of 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, with at least 3 years in a position equivalent to an Associate Professor.
  • At least 6 research publications at the Associate Professor level in SCI journals/UGC/AICTE-approved journals, and at least 2 successful Ph.D. candidates guided as Supervisor/Co-supervisor.

Note:

  • For candidates from Industry, managerial-level experience equivalent to Professor grade is required.
  • Preference will be given to those with experience in public sector undertakings. Private sector experience may also be considered if the industry has a successful standing of at least 10 years.
