Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Assistant Professor (Grade I):
- PhD with at least 3 years of post-PhD industrial/research/teaching experience.
- Assistant Professor (Grade II):
- Fresh PhDs or candidates with less than 3 years of post-PhD experience are eligible.
- Associate Professor:
- PhD with a minimum of 6 years of teaching/research experience, with at least 3 years at the level of Assistant Professor.
- Professor:
- PhD with at least 10 years of teaching/research experience, including 4 years as an Associate Professor in reputed institutions like IITs or IIMs.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should have:
- A PhD and relevant UG/PG qualifications.
- Excellent academic records.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
- An active research record and dedication to guiding students.
Pay Scale
- Assistant Professor (Grade I): Minimum Rs.1,01,500/- per 7th CPC Pay Level-12.
- Assistant Professor (Grade II): Minimum Rs.98,200/- per 7th CPC Pay Level-10.
- Associate Professor: Rs.1,39,600/- per 7th CPC Pay Level 13A2.
- Professor: Rs.1,59,100/- per 7th CPC Pay Level 14A.
