Job Description

Eligibility Criteria (As per CBSE Norms)
- Mother Teachers: Montessori Training Certificate or an equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education.
- PRT (Primary Teachers): Graduation in the relevant subject with D.El.Ed./B.Ed. and CTET (Paper 1) qualification as per CBSE norms.
- TGT (Trained Graduate Teachers): Graduation and B.Ed. in the relevant subject with CTET (Paper 2) qualification as per CBSE norms.
- Sports Coach (H and PE Trainer): Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physical Education (B.P.Ed./M.P.Ed.) with expertise in sports training.
Additional Requirements
- Proficiency in English is mandatory for all teaching positions.
- Prior teaching experience in CBSE schools is preferred.
- Knowledge of innovative teaching methodologies will be an advantage.
Selection Process
- Telephonic Interview – Preliminary screening.
- Written Examination – Conducted at the school campus.
- Demo Class – Evaluation of teaching skills.
- Personal Interaction – Final round with the selection panel.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range:
- PRT: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- TGT: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(Compensation is flexible for exceptionally qualified candidates.)
