Educational Qualifications:

Assistant Director:

• PhD in Security and Defence Studies
• Minimum of 7 years of teaching experience
• Experience in training or research activities with Security Forces
• Self-driven, team player, goal-oriented, with strong service ethos

Project Director (SPOs & UT POs) (Veterans):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a discipline related to security or defense studies
• Minimum 20 years of regular service
• Experience in training or research activities with Security Forces
• Self-driven, team player, goal-oriented, with strong service ethos

Project Director (Armed Forces) (Veterans):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a discipline related to security or defense studies
• Minimum 20 years of regular service
• Experience in training or research activities with Security Forces
• Self-driven, team player, goal-oriented, with strong service ethos

Project Director (CAPFs & CPOs) (Veterans):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a discipline related to security or defense studies
• Minimum 20 years of regular service
• Experience in training or research activities with Security Forces
• Self-driven, team player, goal-oriented, with strong service ethos

Data Manager:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Data Science/Statistics
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in database management, data analytics, or data governance
• Proficiency in DBMS tools such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and NoSQL databases
• Experience with data warehousing tools (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake)
• Knowledge of data security, privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA), and business intelligence

Job Location:

Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Pay Scale:

• Assistant Director: ₹1,10,000 to ₹1,20,000
• Project Director: ₹1,20,000 to ₹1,30,000
• Data Manager: ₹50,000 to ₹60,000
