Available Non-Teaching Positions at IIM Raipur
1. Corporate Relations Officer (1 Post – Contract)
- Qualification:
- Graduate from a UGC-approved university.
- Preference for candidates with a postgraduate degree and exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Age Limit: 45 years and above.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in:
- Recruiter relationship management, placements, networking, corporate communications, or marketing.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate student employment in corporate and relevant organizations.
- Build and strengthen recruiter networks for campus placements.
- Coordinate on-campus and off-campus placement drives.
- Establish relationships with HR leaders and corporate executives for branding and representation of IIM Raipur’s talent pool.
- Plan and execute placement targets per the academic calendar.
- Promote career services through presentations, student orientation, and collaboration with college support services.
- Identify and secure national and international employment opportunities.
- Organize events like conclaves, seminars, and conferences to build industry linkages.
- Develop branding and external communication strategies.
- Travel extensively to engage recruiters.
- Emoluments: Negotiable, based on qualifications, experience, and potential.
- Contract Period: Initially 3 years, extendable based on performance and institutional needs.
2. Finance Officer (1 Post – Contract)
- Qualification:
- Graduate with CA qualification from ICAI or MBA in Finance.
- Age Limit: 40 years or less.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in:
- Central/State PSU, Government, Semi-Government Organizations, or Autonomous Bodies.
- Preference for candidates from the top 50 NIRF-ranked institutes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounts, manage disbursements, and oversee investments.
- Coordinate statutory and CAG audits and liaise with auditors.
- Prepare and present budget estimates and revised estimates.
- Ensure compliance with government financial rules (FRSR, GFR 2017).
- Oversee payroll, TDS calculations, Form-16 issuance, and honoraria payments.
- Maintain NPS accounts and process pension and gratuity claims.
- Manage short- and long-term investments.
- Ensure timely internal audits and resolve audit queries.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by senior management.

- Contract Period: Initially 3 years, extendable based on performance and institutional needs.
