Job Description

PGT Economics Teacher (11th & 12th) and Social Science Teacher (10th)

Responsibilities:

  • Teach Economics to students of Classes 11 and 12, aligning with the CBSE curriculum.
  • Handle Social Science for Class 10, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of history, geography, and civics.
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and teaching materials.
  • Prepare students for board examinations with effective revision strategies and test series.
  • Assess and monitor student progress through regular tests and assignments.
  • Participate in parent-teacher meetings and collaborate with colleagues for holistic education delivery.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Economics with B.Ed. (or equivalent).
  • Proven teaching experience at the high school level, preferably in CBSE schools.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and technology integration in the classroom.
  • Experience in preparing students for competitive exams.
