Departments & Qualifications
Direction
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree from a recognized university or equivalent
- Postgraduate Degree/Diploma (minimum two years) in Cinema specializing in Direction & Screenplay Writing / Producing & Direction in Electronic and Digital Media / Television Direction / Digital Media Management
- Experience:
- Option 1: Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Director or Screenplay Writer and/or teaching experience in Direction/Screenplay Writing.
- Option 2: Master’s Degree (preferably in Theater/Literature/Film Studies) with at least 6 years of professional experience in Direction/Screenplay Writing and/or teaching experience.
- Option 3: Graduate Degree (preferably in Theater/Literature/Film Studies) with at least 8 years of professional experience in Direction/Screenplay Writing and/or teaching experience.
Editing
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree from a recognized university or equivalent
- Postgraduate Degree/Diploma (minimum two years) in Editing / Editing for Electronic and Digital Media / Television Editing
- Experience:
- Option 1: Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Film/TV/New Media Editor and/or teaching experience in Editing.
- Option 2: Master’s Degree (preferably in Theater/Literature/Film Studies) with at least 6 years of professional experience in Direction/Screenplay Writing and/or teaching experience.
- Option 3: Graduate Degree (preferably in Theater/Literature/Film Studies) with at least 8 years of professional experience in Direction/Screenplay Writing and/or teaching experience.
