Available Positions

1. Bal Vatika Mentors

• Responsible for guiding and nurturing early learners with creativity and compassion.
• Must have experience in early childhood education and activity-based teaching.

2. PRT (Primary Teachers) – All Subjects

• Qualification: Graduate with B.Ed. or equivalent.
• Subjects: All general subjects at the primary level.
• Must be proficient in classroom management and interactive teaching methods.

3. TGT (Trained Graduate Teachers) – All Subjects

• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed.
• Subjects: English, Hindi, Science, Mathematics, Social Science, Sanskrit, and Computer Science.
• Experience in handling middle and secondary classes is preferred.

4. PGT (Post Graduate Teachers)

• Subjects: English, Hindi, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Computer Science, Sociology, Home Science, Psychology, Physical Education, and Yoga.
• Qualification: Postgraduate with B.Ed.
• Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in reputed CBSE schools preferred.

5. Music & Dance Instructor

• Responsible for developing students’ artistic and performing skills.
• Should have formal training in Indian or Western music/dance.

6. Librarian

• Qualification: B.Lib./M.Lib. or equivalent.
• Experience in maintaining academic resources and digital library systems preferred.

7. Supervisor

• Qualification: Graduate with relevant administrative experience.
• Role: Oversee school operations, discipline, and safety standards.

Skills & Expectations

• Fluency in English: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Cyber Competency: Ability to integrate digital tools and smart classroom technology.
