Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) Details

Departments Offering Fellowship:

  • Computer Science and Engineering
  • Electronics Engineering

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Ph.D. from a reputed institute/university with first-class or equivalent grades in previous degrees.
  • Ph.D. degree must be awarded by an institute/university ranked within:
    • Top 100 in NIRF, or
    • Top 5000 in QS/THE ranking (as per the last 3 years’ report).
  • Must have completed Ph.D. in the last 5 years.
  • Should have at least 3 research publications in SCI/SCIE journals from doctoral research.
  • Age limit: 40 years as of the application submission date.
  • Must be an Indian citizen.
  • Candidates availing of any other fellowship are not eligible.

  • Proven track record in Electronics System Design & Manufacturing (ESDM) and IT/ITES sectors through Ph.D. research.
