College Profile:

Tamilnadu College of Engineering, Coimbatore, established in 1984, is sponsored by the Tamilnadu Technical Education Foundation. Founded by renowned philanthropists Lion T.N. Palanisame B.A., MJF (Late), and Dr. P.V. Ravi Ph.D., the institution upholds the belief that continuous learning is the key to success. Recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, the college is affiliated with Anna University.

The college offers undergraduate programs in 8 disciplines and 3 postgraduate programs. Six of the undergraduate courses have permanent affiliation with Anna University. The National Board of Accreditation (NBA) has accredited the following courses for 3 years:
