Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Teaching Faculty (Analytics, Finance, Marketing, HR, IT) 8+ years of experience
- MBA, Ph.D. from reputed institutions
- Preferably with corporate experience for UG (Bangalore Univ.), PG (AICTE), and Ph.D. (Mysore Univ.)
- Head, Department of Research Ph.D. with 15 years of experience in teaching
- Publications indexed in Scopus/ABDC
- Supervisory and Ph.D. student guidance capabilities
- Placement Manager Minimum 8 years of experience
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Experience in HR recruitment consultancy and placement within educational institutions preferred
Candidate Profile
- Completion of UG/PG in a relevant field with strong academic records
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about teaching, guiding, and mentoring students
- Strong research background
