Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • Teaching Faculty (Analytics, Finance, Marketing, HR, IT)
    • 8+ years of experience
    • MBA, Ph.D. from reputed institutions
    • Preferably with corporate experience for UG (Bangalore Univ.), PG (AICTE), and Ph.D. (Mysore Univ.)
  • Head, Department of Research
    • Ph.D. with 15 years of experience in teaching
    • Publications indexed in Scopus/ABDC
    • Supervisory and Ph.D. student guidance capabilities
  • Placement Manager
    • Minimum 8 years of experience
    • Strong communication and networking skills
    • Experience in HR recruitment consultancy and placement within educational institutions preferred

Candidate Profile

  • Completion of UG/PG in a relevant field with strong academic records
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about teaching, guiding, and mentoring students
  • Strong research background
