Qualifications:
For Assistant Professors:
- MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
- 3-4 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Qualifications as per AICTE/MG University norms.
- NET/PhD qualification preferred.
For Management Interns:
- MBA graduates, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing.
- Fresh MBA graduates are also welcome to apply.
Candidate Profile:
- Completed UG/PG in the relevant discipline with excellent academic records.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
- Good research record is a plus.
