Qualifications & Experience

  • Ph.D./Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree with first-class in the relevant field

Experience:

  • Assistant Professor: Minimum 1 year
  • Associate Professor: Minimum 3 years (including 2 post-Ph.D.)
  • Professor / PoP: Minimum 10 years (5 years as Associate Professor)

For Non-Teaching Roles:

  • Registrar: Ph.D. with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Dy. / Assistant Registrar: Postgraduate with 2–5 years of experience
  • Clerical Positions: Graduate with typing skills in English & Marathi
  • Accountant Roles: Postgraduate with 3–5 years in relevant domain
  • Library Staff: Ph.D. or M.Lib, with NET/SET
  • Technician & Developer: Graduate with domain expertise and experience
  • Training & Digital Roles: Graduate with relevant experience and soft skills

Candidate Profile – Teaching Jobs

Ideal candidates for teaching positions should:

  • Hold a Ph.D. or a Master’s degree (M.Tech/M.E.) in a relevant field
