- M.R.S., M.A. (Sociology/Economics), M.Sc. (Agriculture) or equivalent as per UGC norms.
Assistant Professor
- Business & Industrial Management
- As per AICTE 2019 Regulation.
- Physics
- M.Sc. (Physics) or M.Sc./M.E./M.Tech. (Electronics) as per UGC norms.
Qualifications & Eligibility
Assistant Professor
- Master’s degree with 55% marks in a relevant subject.
- Must have NET/SET/SLET qualification or a Ph.D. as per UGC regulations.
- Ph.D. candidates (before July 11, 2009) exempted if they meet the following:
- Ph.D. awarded in regular mode.
- Thesis evaluated by two external examiners.
- Published two research papers in refereed journals.
- Presented two research papers in UGC-sponsored conferences.
Associate Professor
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- Master’s degree with 55% marks.
- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience.
- 7 publications in UGC-listed journals.
- 75 research score as per Appendix II, Table 2.
Assistant Professor (Business & Industrial Management)
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Master’s in Business Administration / PGDM / C.A. / ICWA / M.Com. with First Class.
- 2 years of professional experience post-Master’s.

Salary Structure
- Associate Professor: ₹1,31,400 – ₹2,17,100
- Assistant Professor: ₹57,700 – ₹1,82,400
