TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher)

PRT (Primary Teacher)

• Music

Essential Qualifications:

For PGT:

• Two-year integrated Post Graduate M.Sc. Course from the Regional Institute of Education (NCERT) in the concerned subject; OR
• Master’s Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university with at least 50% marks.
• B.Ed. or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
• Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English.

For TGT:

• Four-year Integrated Degree Course from Regional College of Education (NCERT) with at least 50% marks; OR
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the relevant subject.
• B.Ed. or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
• CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) conducted by CBSE.
• Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English.

Emoluments:

• PGT – ₹27,500/-
• TGT – ₹26,250/-
• PRT – ₹21,250/-
