Essential Qualifications

Professor:

  • PhD with first class in the preceding degree and excellent academic record.
  • Proven track record of outstanding research and leadership.
  • Minimum 10 years post-PhD experience in teaching/research.
  • At least 4 years as Associate Professor at reputed institutions (IITs, IISc, IIMs, Central Universities, etc.)

Assistant Professor:

  • PhD with first class in the preceding degree and a strong academic profile.
  • Minimum 3 years post-PhD experience in teaching/research/industry.

Salary Structure

  • Professor: Academic Pay Level-14A (Entry Pay ₹1,59,100/-)
  • Assistant Professor: Academic Pay Level-12 (Entry Pay ₹1,01,500/-)
