Qualification
- Ph.D. with first class or equivalent in the preceding degree.
- Strong academic record with demonstrated ability in research and teaching.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to undergraduate and postgraduate education.
Experience Requirement:
- Grade I: Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching/research/industry (excluding experience gained during Ph.D.).
- Grade II: Ph.D. holders with less than 3 years of experience may be considered.

Salary Details
Assistant Professor Grade-I
- Pay Level 12 (₹1,01,500 – ₹1,67,400)
- Starting Pay: ₹1,01,500
- Probation: 1 year
- After 3 years, eligible for Pay Level-13A1 (₹1,31,400 – ₹2,04,700)
Assistant Professor Grade-II
- Pay Level 10 (₹57,700 – ₹98,200)
- Starting Pay: ₹70,900
- After 1 year, eligible for Pay Level-11; can later be considered for Grade-I based on experience
