Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- First Class (minimum 60% marks or GPA 6.5/10) in both:
- Master’s degree in the appropriate engineering discipline
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in the relevant stream
- Ph.D. holders will be given preference
Pay Scale
- M.Tech / Ph.D. in Humanities/Science/Management: ₹40,000 to ₹45,000 (all-inclusive)
- Ph.D. in Engineering: ₹50,000 to ₹55,000 (all-inclusive)
