About the Institution

ABV-IIITM Gwalior, established in 1997 by the Ministry of Education (formerly MHRD), Government of India, is an autonomous institute aimed at excellence in Information Technology and Management. Essential Qualifications

Professor

• Ph.D. degree
• 10 years post-Ph.D. or 13 years total experience (excluding Ph.D. period)
• Minimum 7 years post-Ph.D. including:
  • 4 years as Associate Professor at Level 13A2, or
  • 7 years at Level 13A1 or above in a reputed institution

Associate Professor

• Ph.D. degree
• 6 years post-Ph.D. or 9 years total experience (excluding Ph.D. period)
• Minimum 3 years post-Ph.D. including 3 years as Assistant Professor Grade I at Level 12 or equivalent in academia, research, or industry

Assistant Professor

• Ph.D. degree

Pay Scale

• Professor: Level 14A – ₹1,59,100 to ₹2,20,200
• Associate Professor: Level 13A2 – ₹1,39,600 to ₹2,11,300
• Assistant Professor: Level 10 – ₹57,700 to ₹98,200 (Minimum ₹70,900)
